If you are a student interested in the Student Seminar Track, you do not need to register and pay for the conference. The Student Registration option listed for the conference is a discounted student rate for student reporters who are in school and wanting to attend professional seminars listed on the Agenda.
The Student Seminar Track registration will be a separate and completely FREE sign-up process!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who can attend?
Anyone can register to attend.

How do I become a member of ILCRA to take advantage of the discounted member rate?
If you wish to become a member of ILCRA, click here! 

I'm a student who wants to attend the Student Seminar Track Saturday afternoon. Do I need to register and pay?
No! Students who are attending ILCRA's FREE Student Seminar Track do not need to register and pay. The student registration is for students who wish to attend the professional seminars offered in the Agenda. 

How are CEUs tracked/reported at ILCRA?
You will check in at the registration desk once you arrive at convention. Be sure to grab your name tag and swag bag while you're there! 
You will also need to check out at the convention registration desk before you depart the hotel.

What if I show up late/leave early?
Your CEU earnings will start and stop with your attendance. Example: If you check in Saturday morning, you will not receive CEUs for any seminars that occured on Friday. Likewise, if you check in Friday at 4:00 p.m. and leave Saturday at 12:00 p.m., you will receive CEUs for the seminars you attended on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning.

What if my CEUs do not show up on my NCRA transcript?
First thing to check is your information! Have you made any updates or changes to your name or contact information with NCRA but not with ILCRA?
Be sure that both associations have your most current information on file to avoid delays in CEU reporting.

Will I get a certificate of CEU completion in the mail?
Not at this time. ILCRA does not mail CEU certificates. 
If you need proof of attendance for any reason, please email ILCRA and we will email you a certificate.

What happens to my money when I donate to support a student?
First of all, THANK YOU for your donation and committment to the future of our profession! When you donate to ILCRA and direct your funds to benefit students, ILCRA is able to offset costs of student attendance at convention. We all know nothing is free, and your support of ILCRA allows us to keep the financial burden off of students' shoulders while they learn and network alongside our professional reporters.
